    Coconut Oil: Coconut oil is known to have a moisturizing effect on the skin aside from its antifungal properties. It can reduce the redness of the skin from acne infection. Gently massage it into the skin and be sure to use organic coconut oil for best results.  

Garlic: It can be both eaten and applied to the skin to get its antibacterial properties. However, it is best to make thin slices and let it sit for half an hour on the area with acne infection. The inflammation and redness will subside after a day. 

   Aloe Vera: It works wonders on the skin and the hair. It has anti-inflammatory properties which are great for lessening acne breakouts. Apply it several times a day on your skin using your fingers without additional ingredients on the gel. Using fresh aloe gel from the aloe vera plant is advisable in comparison to those sold at the market.
